Jim Soper, Chief Executive Officer
Jim is a highly respected leader of assisted living and memory care communities. His consistent success in the industry is driven by a deep compassion for every resident he serves. He understands that the operations he oversees belong to the residents – it's their home. The Autumn Senior Living management philosophy holds each resident's quality of life as the number-one priority. Jim believes that as the residents thrive, so does the community. Accordingly, Jim has spent his entire career strengthening his expertise in the nuances of residents' daily lives. When residents are happy, healthy and fulfilled, enjoying the best care and amenities, then he knows he's been successful.
John A. DePizzo, Jr., Chairman
John A. DePizzo, Jr. (Jack) has been in the senior health care business since 1982 and has developed, owned, and/or operated thirty-five facilities representing close to 3,000 beds. His specialty has been the acquisition and turnaround of failing and neglected facilities. "The best part about successful turn-arounds is the satisfaction we get from improving the lives of the residents, families and employees by injecting care and capital into their home and workplace. It is truly a win/win."
Mr. DePizzo has earned a license as a CPA and NHA. He is a business graduate of Youngstown State University and received The 2009 Outstanding Business Alumnus Award.
Robert Ross, Chief Development Officer
Rob brings extensive experience to our Executive Team, with more than 20 years in real estate development, financial analysis, treasury and accounting oversight. He has been involved in real estate and business start-ups throughout the United States and Eastern Europe, and has managed the adaptive reuse of more than 360,000 square feet of property and over $250 million in assets. He holds an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and has completed executive seminars in private equity and valuation at Harvard Business School.
Kerry Bingaman, Chief Administrative Officer
Kerry is a Certified Public Accountant and an accomplished financial operations executive with significant experience in strategic planning, operations, information technology and finance. He has a proven ability to integrate systems solutions in assisted living communities, and is well-versed in all aspects of budget development, tax law, risk management and regulatory compliance. His expertise helps the company provide the highest level of customer service in the most financially efficient manner. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master's of Accountancy from the University of South Florida.
